本公司是在從事十幾年紡織品經營的基礎上于2001年創建并擁有進出口權的有限責任公司，同年參與了國營大型紡織企業---國營山東菏澤棉紡織廠的股份制改造，成功參股組建了菏澤銀河紡織有限責任公司。形成了15萬錠的紡紗生產能力，年產各種紗線1.5萬噸，噴氣織機，劍桿織機，有梭織機1000余臺，各種坯布3000萬米，生產總值達到5億元人民幣的大型股份制企業。幾年來我公司依托在山東的紡織生產基地及所處長三角的產業信息優勢研發了各種特種紗線及優質面料，使公司所生產的系列產品成功出口到歐美，中東，非洲等地，深受廣大客戶的青睞。

We have the printing Ａnd dyeing line in Huzhou, annual production capability of yarn reaches 150,000 spindles, output of various kinds of yarns is 15,000 tons. It has more than 1000 sets of air-jet looms, rapier looms Ａnd shuttle looms. Kinds of gray cloths reach 30 million meters,the production value reaches RMB500 million.
